At SABEN, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any protective dust bags are included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Process and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
